Brand Manager

Future Farms Pte. Limited (FFL) trading as Rooster Poultry, is a fully integrated leading commercial poultry grower and processor based across 10 sites in Ba, Lautoka and Nadi. The new Sales & Marketing office is based in Suva. FFL is jointly owned by BSP Life Fiji Ltd (60%) and Fiji National Provident Fund (40%).

Rooster Poultry has received the prestigious Fiji Business Excellence – President’s Award, three times since 2018. In May 2024, a multi-million dollar state-of-the-art primary processing plant upgrade was inaugurated at the Navau site and the ISO9001 Quality & ISO 22000 Food Safety certifications have been held for over a decade.

The company is also a leader in Sustainability initiatives – FFL has invested in one of the largest agricultural solar systems in the Pacific islands, reducing its carbon footprint by more than 5000 tons of CO2, which is equivalent to planting 130,000 trees.

We are seeking applications from Candidates for the above role that will be based in Suva. This is a broad strategic role that spans Brand building and optimising Category performance.

Key focus areas of the role are:

  • Category strategy and product portfolio management.
  • Brand strategy and positioning.
  • Pricing and Promotion management.
  • Consumer and Market insights.
  • Performance monitoring/analytics.

The candidate should possess the following:

  • Business degree graduate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a large organisation preferably from within the FMCG industry.
  • Familiarity with marketing mix modeling, pricing strategies, and promotional planning.
  • Demonstrated success in driving category growth through data-driven decision-making.
  • Sound knowledge of traditional and digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Experience managing new product development initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organisational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate high standards of professional conduct and ethics.
