Opportunity – Head of Sales & Marketing: Lead the future of Sales & Marketing at Rooster Poultry. We’re seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to spearhead our National Sales and Marketing strategy. Based in Suva, this role is central to driving strategic leadership, commercial growth and reinforcing brand value.

Key focus areas:

  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing roadmap aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing Sales & Marketing team with clarity, purpose, and accountability.
  • Oversee strategic partnerships, business development opportunities and commercial negotiations to drive loyalty and growth.
  • Champion Brand strategy and engagement across all customer segments.
  • Oversee Digital marketing, content strategy, and customer communications.
  • Drive product innovation, launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Leverage data and insights to inform customer-centric business decision.

What we are looking for:

  • A Business-related degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience and proven track record in a leadership Sales & Marketing management role.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen encompassing business development, customer experience and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • A commitment to quality, innovation and continuous improvement.
