The Promoter, Future Farms trading as Rooster Poultry PTE. LTD is executing this promotion in collaboration with it marketing agency, Oceanic Communications Ltd.
The promotion is open to Fiji residents. Employees of the Rooster Poultry and any agency involved with this promotion, and the immediate families of such employees, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family includes the spouse, de facto spouse, child, parent or sibling.
The promotion commences on September 22nd and closes on October 12th, 2025. (“Promotional Period”).
To enter the promotion, during the promotional period the entrant must:
Purchase any Rooster Poultry product.
Scan the QR code on promotional and advertising materials to enter the online registration.
Take a photo with their family with a Rooster Pack visible in the image and upload onto the entry form.
Upload image of the receipt of purchase as proof-of-purchase to enter.
Image must not be digitally altered in a way that misrepresents the product.
Proof-of-purchase must clearly show the date of purchase and the product name.
The Promoter reserves the right to disallow any entry that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or does not comply with these requirements. The Promoter’s decision will be final and binding.
Draw will be carried out as a random pick of all the entries received.
Prize:
Weekly Prizes: Five (5) winners will be drawn each week for three (3) weeks (a total of fifteen (15) weekly winners). Each weekly winner will receive one (1) bag of chicken.
Weekly draws are carried out on Monday for entries received till the prior Sunday.
Winners will collect from their nearby designated supermarket.
Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize winner Wins a special “Meal with Moments” dining experience with three selected Drua players (players to be confirmed by Rooster).
The dinner prize is valid for up to six (6) family members (4 adults and 2 children under 12 years) and
will be for a maximum tab value of $1,000.
The venue will be chosen from Rooster’s selected restaurant partners.
Dinner Date with Drua will be on a date when the Drua Boys are available.
Travel associated to reach the designated venue for the dinner is the responsibility of the Winner.
Winners will be advised by phone call or email. Promoter doesn’t take responsibility of unanswered call and will allow 7 days for Winners to contact the promoter for the collection of their prize.
Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
In the event that the prize is not collected within 14 days of the winner being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize under the original terms of the prize draw.
In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion decide to provide an alternative prize.
Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems or human error. The time entries are deemed to be made will be the time the entry is received, not the time the entry is submitted by an entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right to disallow entries that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or that is, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise invalid. The Promoter’s decision shall be final and binding
The Promoter may share entrant information, including name and contact details, with other persons or entities that assist in running the promotion.
By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to the use of their names, photographs, and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes without charge, and agree to make themselves reasonable available for this purpose. The ensuing copyright will rest with the Promoter, without any claim to compensation from the entrants.
If an entrant cannot accept the prize for any reason, that prize will be void and no compensation will be payable.
All decisions made by the Promoter, its employees or agents are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel any aspect of the promotion (including any prize/gift) at any time at its sole discretion.
As a condition of participating in the promotion, the entrants indemnify the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with the promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which an entrant may incur arising out of their participation in the promotion and/or the travel and tour associated with it, howsoever caused.
The Promoter collects and holds personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of this promotion, and to advise details of further promotions by mail, email or texts. You will always be given the right to opt out of receiving further communications. Failure to provide requested personal information may disqualify a person from entering this competition.
